According to the Internal Directive 2022 of Nepal Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong (Chapter 6, Paragraph 1), A meeting of councilors will appoint a Company Secretary and (Chapter 2, Paragraph 6), the Board of Directors will have 3 Councilors (Chairman, General Secretary, and Treasurer). The Board of Directors shall perform the functions and duties mentioned in the Internal Directive 2022 of the NCCHK.
